It also allows the babysitter to share updates, ask questions, and keep you informed about your children’s activities throughout the service.
We understand the importance of maintaining open lines of communication, and the WhatsApp group chat offers a secure and efficient way to stay connected. It ensures that you have direct access to your babysitter, fostering trust and transparency throughout the entire childcare experience.

Responsabilities of the Babysitter
The Babysitter should follow the instructions and guidelines provided by the Parent/Legal guardian or guardian regarding the care of the children, especially those pertaining to dietary restrictions and medical considerations.
Communication will be conducted exclusively through the WhatsApp group chat at all times.
The Babysitter will uphold the highest level of safety and well-being of theminor(s).
The Babysitter shall provide a nurturing and engaging environment for theminor(s), avoiding the use of electronic devices.
The Babysitter will maintain constant supervision and monitoring of the children throughout the duration of the service.
The Babysitter will prevent conflicts or unsafe behavior, and provide appropriate guidance and discipline when necessary
The Babysitter may take theminor(s) outside in the gardens but limited to the hotel’s/ guest accommodation’s premises for the purpose of playing.
The Babysitter will follow all the protocols set out by the hotel,
The Babysitter is strictly prohibited from accompanying more than one child in the pool at any given time for safety reasons.
The babysitter is permitted to take the children to the beach; however, they are strictly prohibited from entering the water with the children for safety reasons.
The Babysitter will not leave the agreed premises under any circumstances unless the same has been pre-authorized by the Parent/Legal guardian, by signing the consent form for outdoor activities.
The Babysitter may have to leave the premises in case of an emergency but will only follow the emergency protocol of the hotel in such circumstances.
The Babysitter will not drive theminor(s) anywhere in a vehicle. The Babysitter is authorized to use public transport or taxi services, if pre-authorized by the Parent/Legal guardian by signing the consent form for outdoor activities.
If the Parent/Legal guardian has taken an evening booking, the Babysitter may take theminor(s) for dinner at the hotel restaurant and/ or carry out the night routine of theminor(s)s, including but not limited to bath time, storytime, changing into pyjamas and anything additional required of theminor(s).
The Babysitter will not be responsible for cleaning, running errands, making deliveries, administering medication, or supervising the medication of theminor(s).
The babysitter is authorized to prepare and heat up simple meals for the children as needed.
The Babysitter will not let anyone enter the premises of the hotel unless the same has been pre-authorized by the Parent/Legal guardian giving permission in the WhatsApp group setup between them.
The Babysitter will not carry out a service for anyone other than the Parent/Legal guardian who is in agreement with the company.
Responsabilities of the Parent/Legal Guardian
The Parent/Legal guardian will provide the Babysitter with essential information, including any special needs, allergies or medical conditions of theminor(s) to ensure the service can be carried out effectively. Communication will be conducted exclusively through the WhatsApp group chat at all times.
The Parent/Legal guardian shall furnish the Babysitter with essential information, encompassing any special needs, allergies, or medical conditions of theminor(s), to ensure the provision of effective service.
The Parent/Legal guardian will notify the company if the child is unwell, as the Babysitter is not authorized to administer any medication and is not permitted to look after sick children.
The Parent/Legal guardian is responsible for complying with the schedule of the service.
The service will begin on the pre-decided date and time and the Parent/Legal guardian is responsible for ensuring that theminor(s) is available on said time.
The Parent/Legal guardian may request for an extension of the duration of the service by making use of the WhatsApp chat group but the same must be done at least one (01) hour before the service ends.
If the Parent/Legal guardian is late for the service, the time duration that they are late will be added at the end of the pre-decided duration of service, if we can accommodate this, and will be payable in cash to the Babysitter.
The Parent/Legal guardian will be responsible for obtaining permission from the hotel to allow the Babysitter to use facilities and/or purchase a day pass.
The Parent/Legal guardian must provide explicit consent for the babysitter to take the child/children to outdoor activities and entertainment venues. Additionally, the Parent/Legal guardian will be required to sign a consent form acknowledging their approval of such outings.
Scheduling / Payment / Cancellation Policy
We work with an online payment platform to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.With just a few clicks, you can quickly and efficiently reserve a babysitter for your desired (dates) and (times).
Once you have finalized your booking on our trusted online platform, you will be invited to make payment. We utilize a reliable and reputable payment platform Stripe, to safeguard your financial information and ensure secure transactions.
We understand the importance of maintaining the highest standards of security and convenience for our clients, and our online booking and payment platform is designed to meet those expectations.
There is a minimum of 3 hours/ service. The Babysitter is allowed to take care of max. 3 children from the same family (only 1 child under the age of 12 months to be included in this).
We understand the importance of having the same babysitter for multiple-day bookings, and we will make every effort to accommodate your preference. While we cannot guarantee the availability of a specific babysitter for the entire duration, we strive to provide continuity and consistency in childcare by assigning the same babysitter whenever possible.
When it comes to booking a babysitter, we recommend planning ahead to secure your preferred date and time. It’s always a good idea to book your babysitter as early as possible, especially for special occasions or busy periods. This allows us to better accommodate your needs and ensures that we can match you with the ideal babysitter for your family. However, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and we strive to be flexible. We also accept last-minute requests, although availability may be limited and rates may vary. To guarantee the best experience, we encourage you to book your babysitter in advance whenever possible.
Once you have completed the payment process, your booking will be officially confirmed.

Certainly! Ensuring the utmost safety and care for your children is our utmost priority. Therefore, it is mandatory to book all babysitting services exclusively through KiddieCare. Contacting the babysitter privately or making off-platform payments, such as cash, is strictly prohibited.
We have implemented these guidelines to protect both our valued babysitters and our company. Our babysitters are highly trained, insured, and contracted professionals who have undergone thorough screening and selection processes.
Booking through KiddieCare not only guarantees the highest level of security but also ensures that our comprehensive insurance coverage is in effect. This is crucial in providing you with peace of mind and protection in the unlikely event of any unforeseen circumstances.
We kindly request your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines. By doing so, we maintain the integrity of our services, prioritize the well-being of your children, and uphold the professionalism and trustworthiness of our company.
If you have a last-minute request, don’t worry! We are here to help. While we do our best to accommodate all requests, please be aware that booking a babysitter at the last minute may be subject to a different rate. For all last-minute inquiries, please get in touch with us via phone, and we’ll be happy to assist you promptly.
We highly prioritize the understanding of our babysitters regarding the importance of flexibility.
Nevertheless, we kindly request that any changes or modifications to reservations be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled Service booked.
***Please note that reservations modified with less than the required 48 hours notice may be subject to additional fees.
To make modifications, please contact KiddieCare directly via email or telephone.
You can request an extension of the service through the WhatsApp group chat.
Please ensure that extension requests are made at least 1 hour before the scheduled end of the service.
While we cannot guarantee the approval of extension requests, we strive to be as flexible and accommodating as possible. If the extension is granted, we will send you a payment link for the additional hours, and immediate payment will be required to confirm the time extension.
Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations made more than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the start of the service, a 50% refund of the total cost of the booking will be provided. Please note that this refund amount will be reduced by a 10% booking fee (calculated based on the total cost of the booking) and any applicable payment processing fees.
Unfortunately, for cancellations made within forty-eight (48) hours prior to the start of the service, no refund will be available.
We believe in fair and consistent pricing for our babysitting services. Our hourly rate of 18 euros reflects the value and expertise of our dedicated babysitters, regardless of the number of hours booked. We do not offer any discounts or special offers based on the duration of the service.
Our babysitters are committed to providing exceptional care and attention to your child, regardless of the length of their shift. We ensure that each hour spent with your child is filled with quality care, professionalism, and a focus on their well-being.
